How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. If you book a call, you can normally get a slot within 48 hours.
How do you charge?
Fixed price for a clear scope, or a monthly rate for a dedicated team. Support and maintenance is a separate monthly agreement.
Do you work with small projects?
Yes. Some of our longest relationships started with a two-week piece of work. If it is too small for us, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
Who owns the code?
You do. On handover you get the repositories, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation.
Can you take over an existing system?
Often, yes. We start with a short review of the code and infrastructure, then tell you honestly whether to continue it or replace it.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours with your message, or ask for ours and we will send it over.
